Shipping orders to any of the countries listed in the table below is free of charge*. If your delivery country isn’t listed then please contact us at info.europe@ecoproducts.com and we can advise shipping costs and lead time on and order by order basis
Lead times are in working days and applicable for all orders placed before 11am CET.
If you are VAT registered in Europe make sure you add this to your account.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order purchase date.
Please note that only full case quantities may be returned.
We do not accept returns of pack, sleeve or sample kit quantities.
All eligible product returns must be returned complete in original case packaging and in resalable condition. Individual product pack wrapping must be intact and unopened.
At this time for health and safety reasons we do not offer partial case refunds or returns.
All customers are responsible for product returns and shipping fees to the origin warehouse. Additionally a 25% restocking fee can be assessed. Any associated shipping or processing fees may not be refunded. Returned or refused at delivery orders without an RMA number will not be refunded.
Refunds are processed once returned products are received and confirmed at a Eco-Products warehouse. Refunds are bank dependent and can take 3-5 business days.
